Learn to make soft creatures, pendants, ornaments, or anything you like by "sculpting" with wool and a special felting needle. We're hosting Nguyen Le, a fiber artist whose work has received national coverage, as the instructor for this class. All skill levels welcome.

Learn the basics of assembling jewelry using beads, metal and chain. This class will cover all you need to know to get started assembling unique designs in metal. We'll cover: working with jewelry tools, wrapping wire and rings, creating your own earring hooks and clasps, types of metals, patinas and finishes, suppliers, design and assembling pieces. If you are unsure about tools, techniques and materials this is a great way to get started! We'll also talk about creating jewelry that will fly off the virtual shelves of your Etsy shop.
Danielle will supply a full range of vintage charms and beads for the class to create with. If you have your own materials, feel free to bring them along. You'll leave the class with 2-4 completed pieces to wear home.
